We provide a full range of renovation and finishing services in the field of redevelopment. Building houses from scratch is not our cup of tea. We can proudly say that over the last few years we have contributed to the renovation of historic tenement houses, renovation of catering facilities, apartments and houses for both private clients and institutional investors.
Before works, we always subject the object to a thorough inspection to check the condition of the structure. This is especially important during major renovation of flats with interior reconstruction and in the case of historic buildings, when we do not always know about previous works and the techniques and materials used.
Our work is messy. That is why we try to take care of the interior protection in such a way that the effects on the parts of the building that are not subject to works are as small as possible. You can also leave the issues related to explaining to your neighbors the need for noisy work. After completing the work, we can also help restore the facility to perfect order.
STEP BY STEP
I work according to a predetermined plan.
I use the following rules for both large orders and smaller projects, like renovation of the kitchen, roof or renovation of stairs. This way you know exactly what to expect before, during and after the work.
PERSONAL CONTACT:
I am the contact person and I am responsible for understanding the topic. We discuss your ideas and expectations and I advise you on the best possible options. If I cannot do it, I consult your requirements with designers or architects.
PROJECT:
Together with you, we create a concept investment.
Execution planning: We divide the entire project into smaller parts so that we can follow the progress of work. The plan is our investment guide.
RENOVATION / CONSTRUCTION:
It will be carried out by my people who took me many months to find. I guarantee their knowledge and professionalism with my own person. There are no random people hired "on the move" among them.
RECEPTION:
Together, we check compliance with the design and quality assumptions. We check everything to make sure that there are no shortcomings and that all work has been done as you want.
